I just bought Kappa 5x7's for my 2003 Focus SE 4-door. I was wondering if anyone could point me towards a site that has detailed instructions on how to get the door panel off to replace the speakers. Or if you have done it before just write back with some instructions. Thanks in advance.

ummm...door panels on new cars are easy to remove, a possible few "hidden" screws, and a lot of easy to pull of clips...Door Speaker Removal -- posted image.
