Gonna be doing a 1994 Cadillac Radio change and was wondering because of the factory amp system, do the stock speakers need to be changed or will the usual radio harness work for this??? Thank you LOTS!

As long as you get the head unit to send a turn on signal to the amp then you should be fine.  But you want to double check to see if you need an adapter or interface to allow you to use the factory amp.  Scosche makes an interface modudule you may want to look at. Good luck!!

as long as its not a BOSE system....then everything should work...if the amp doesnt turn on....find the amp turn on wire and tap into the accessory wire of the new head unit

if it is a bose system, you may have to change out the front speakers.  Most of the time, the Bose front's show a 1 ohms load.  Can't have that, so sell em' some fronts and save yourself a massive headache trying to figure out what is wrong.
