Use the WHITE wire from P9 for the clutch activation wire. Refer to page 11 of the black & white installation manual for further instructions.

The factory clutch bypass relay is located behind the sunroof switch and to the left a little. I think there are 4 wires going into it. Two thicker (about 12 gauge) wires that are black with a stripe (red, white or yellow, can't remember) and another thicker wire that is also black with a stripe. If you connect the starter wire from the remote start to the correct wire it will crank the engine without needing to do a clutch bypass. I think its the unique black w/ stripe wire. Use your meter to test to make sure it tests as a starter wire....if it does, put car in neutral and take a fused +12v jumper wire and tap it to the wire without pushing in the clutch. The starter should crank.
Sorry I can't be more specific, I did my Integra this way about 4 years ago.

whoops, sorry about that I gave you for the a-2000 not the Lynx 2000.Use the BLUE/BLACK from connector one for your clutch bypass . This is a (-) output . If you attach the starter wire to this wire by the relay, you will also bypass the clutch all together everytime you start the vehicle.
