Starter Kill Problems

My stater kill on my alarm is doing the exacty opposite of what it is suppose to do, i was working fine now when you arm it will start when you disarm it wont. I have a Avital Phoneix 2 alarm what could be the problem, I believe it is the relay, but two head are better that one so can someone please help.

Sounds like you have pins 87 and 87a reversed.....
They call it PMS because Mad Cow Disease was already taken.....

How old is the alarm? Who installed it? How long has it worked? It may be programable for N/O or for N/C type of starter kill.
