Please help me decide which is better for my setup

I want to install a mono amp for my subs (2 X's Rockford Fosgate HE 10's in a fiberglass box under the rear seat). I am going to use the 4 channel amp that is there now to power the mid's and highs.

I am looking at www.ikesound.com and found a JBL PB 600.1 for $189.00.

or... a Rockford Fosgate Power 351M for $159.00.

My hesitation is the JBL has almost double the watts but, is it true watts? I know that a lot of you say that the watts is not always the thing to look for. So I am asking which amp to you think would sound the best? I have no problem turning the gain down with power to spare.

Personally I would take the RF over JBL.

The JBL would give you more power, probably more like 500 watts instead of the 600 it says,  but with those subs i would probably go with the Rockford as well, especially since its the power series and not the punch, The powers are pretty good amps and have a good reputation, plus if it matters to you, would have the same equipment instead of mix and match stuff.

So are you saying that the RF would give me the better sound?  What SPL range could I expect to see out of this setup I my box was the perfect size sealed enclosure
