The wire for OEM disarm should be red\yellow(-) INSIDE the driver door.

you need to split the lock sense wire with lock unlock  wires i did one 3 days ago you need to unlock first then start then relock.

Did you get the locks working on the aftermarket alarm? Those locks aren't too easy for a rookie.
To disarm the factory alarm when you remote start, you must ground the trucks keysense wire during remote start. Connect the ground when running wire from the remote start to the keysense wire. I haven't done one since last winter, but I think its either BLACK/ blue or blue/black in a 2-pin plug going to the key cylinder.
What alarm/remote start are you using?

three wires inside the door and coming from the lock/unlock switches/power window switches......

RED / Yellow... split this wire using a standard starter kill relay.... power up the relay using the Blue/White wire fusing it accordingly.... use the remaining contact 85 or 86 depending on how you wired it.  and have your lock wire go into this contact point and loop it back out and tap and terminate it to the GREEN/ black wire.  The unlock wire coming from your alarm should be diode isolated, and possibly boosted depending on your alarm output, and go to both the red yellow wire(yes the same one you split with a relay) and the GREEN/ red wire
