I have two subs. one is 0.9 cu feet, and the other is 1 cu feet. Can I  use these 2 subs in a one box which have 1.9 cu feet?

I would suggest that you build 1 box with separate chambers (one for each sub) since they sound like they are different makes or models.

sell both of them and get the same pair bro, I've done that back in the day and it never works out right.  The only time that works is when you have, for instance, 2 12's and a different 10.  But if you have to do it because of money, then just build 2 different boxes.  Separates is how I would go if I had to.
