I just aquired  12      YES   12

Rockford Fosgate TRF2215 - subwoofers, (cast 15", dual 1.4 ohm VC, 2000 watts)

I also have 20 Rockford Fosgate 1501BD Mono Class amps.

Now to my question

Each subb is 1.4 ohm and  the amps are 2 ohm mono stable.  I would have to use the BD link and use 2 amps per sub.

How would I supply enough Power to these amps to feed the beasts?

If each amp recomends a 4 gauge with a 150 amp fuse wouldnt I have to run 3/0 to a load of Batts and caps to power them alone with 2 indepen. High Out Put Alternators.

Any Help would be help full...

AS soon as I posted this I noticed that I made a mistake. IM srory

The power for each subb should be 2000 Rms and 5000 Max and changes ti to 4 amps per subb.

I should have read the manual slower and not gotten excited.

Thanks

Its going in a 1994 Isuzu Rodeo 4x4 Red has only 400 MIles on it Lowered, Air Bags, Custom Paint, Custom Interior, and to many other mods and customs to list.

I have from right behind the driver seat and Pass seat all the way back.

The Pass seat has been removed for a custom Radio install Area, MIxer, Equilizer, Remote Bass, Power gagues etc.

Each Vs is 2000 watts rms and ther eis 2 vc. So i would need 2 amps per vs. So 4 per sub.

What size of Ground and power wire did you have in MInd Maxst

Thanks

If you are going to use more than 1 amp per sub, you are going to ruin your subs and you will have to blow another 20,000. I can think of many other ways to spend 20,000 and still have a killer system. I know from experiece since I have spent a lot and have a killer system, but no where near 20,000. Might want to rethink the amps and find some that have the power you are looking so that you are using only one per sub!

Just an opinion but if i was spending that kind of money on a system, i wouldnt be here asking questions about it, i would find a very good install shop and let them do the whole thing so that way i know it would be right plus have a warranty to boot without any of the headache!!!!!
