500T??? Do you mean a 508D?
Red to power, black to ground, blue and green joined together to the green wire dangling off the shock sensor harness.
Ever get you factory alarm disarm working, and your doorlocks?

I am familiar with almost every DEI product, and have never heard of that model number. Their website is down now, so I can't check it for info.

I think the 500T is a tilt sensor, not a space diturbance sensor.
Black--chassis ground
Blue--1.blue neg inst trigger input, OR 2.green neg door trigger(use diodes to isolate), OR 3. blue wire(possibly the green wire) of impact sensor--whichever is the full stage trigger.
