Hey guys,

I have some neons I have in my car under the dash. I currently have them hooked up to the cig ligher plug that I have split 3 ways with a splitter. I was wondering if I could somehow cut off the cig plug on all the neons and hook them up to the switch so that everytime I flip the switch, the neons come on. I thought I would ask first, because I wouldn't want to cut the plugs off and have my neons broken.

Thank you, I appreciate your help!

Patrick

Sure. Cut one of the plugs and find out which wire is for pos and which wire is ground. Then get a heavy duty switch, or a small switch and a relay. Put a ring terminal on the ground and secure it to bare metal in the car, and wire the pos to either the switch or the relay.
