How do you secure an aftermarket double din radio(Kenwood DPX6200)in a 2001 Ford F-250 superduty?

You get a dash kit for it.  I like the Metra one but that's just because I'm used to using it.

The Kenwood is also a double din, I don't think they make a kit to put a double din radio in the Fords, do they?
