Anybody have experience with quad coils?

i dont believe you can get a 0.5 ohm load with just those two quad-coil cubs. if you want to go look at some places to check, treat it as if they were 8 svc 2ohm subs.

i have an amp with tthe setiings why cant i swithch it over to .5 ohms it is only the flick of a button what do you mean i vant i just flick switch ,,, if i switch it to .5 ohm would my subs "see" a .5 ohm load -higher or lower i still dont know why you say I CANT??????

hows does you "switch" change the ohm load without significant power away from the subs, i think that switch is ment just for when there is a .5 ohm load present but im not sure ive never used that amp, try it out then. or post about the d3 amp.
