i just bought a delphi skyfi system and installed it in my 2003 Gmc seirra with a panasonic Head unit
i used the car kit to install it but i used a patch cable to hook it up to my aux. inputs. but now i am picking up bad motor wining noises when i listen to it what can i do any help??   i have tried adding a noise filter to the power and that didnt help and i have also used sheilded cables with no help .. some one help please

Try using the rf modulator instead.  Unfortunately the SkyFi has a problem with using patch cables.  Never elly figured out why and Delphi couldn't give me a good answer.

thanks for the info but i finally tried a ground loop isolator ut inline with my patch cables and it solved all my problems.
but thanks again for all the help
