Thank you everybody for your help.  I decided to try out this box a buddy of mine designed.  He calls it a folded Foghorn ported Box.  He is making a design out for my 4, 10's.  I just ordered this stuff off of Ebay called "Brown Bread."  It's a sound deadening material.  It was $130 for 75 sq ft of it.  I also ordered a 200 Amp alternator which will replace the 140 amp alternator in my caddy.  My 6x9's are amplified.  They are MB Quarts, When i dont have the bass going they sound fine.  So maybe they  aren't blown.  I am going to take make 2 baffles for them.  As for the airflow thing, I am making a hole in my middle console that will be about 4x11, there is also a hole between the 6x9's that is 4x10.  I think i will make that hole a bit bigger.  A friend of mine is good with fabric so he is going to fabricate something to go over both holes that i made so it looks clean.  THanks for all your help.
