2000 chevy power lock doors

My friend fooling around tring to lock me out and blew something up with the power locks.  All the fuses i checked seemed to be ok.  relays sem to be ok too...  Basically when i use the lock button on either door nothing happens.  when i use the unlock button i hear the relay switch go.  when i pull the key out of the ignition it's suppose to unlock the doors. but you jsut hear the relay clcik rel fast for a couple seconds.

anyone got any ideas what to check or replace. 

anyone know where i can get some wiring diagrams... for free :)

I found out it was my command start. i pulled it off and it worked.... EXECPT the LOCK part on the passanger side??.....  does something have to be reconnected from the command start for that.. i'm guessing not but a a thought..  why would it unlock but not lock.  yet the driver side works boths ways???  actuator ???
