Which amp should i get the HiFonics BX 1500D  or the JBL BP1200.1 ? Gunna run my one AW1206T Audiobahn sub(dual 4 ohm).

I would go with the JBL, over all it has better specs plus it will give you 1200 watts RMS @ both 2 and 1 ohm's which is closer to the RMS of your sub. The BX 1500D will only give you 1X900 @ 2 ohms, which is the lowest independence you can wire your sub.

Yeah thats what i saw that the JBL: said it had a lil more power RMS but i wasnt sure if that was mistake or sumtin on the website i saw it on. Cause it sounded a lil high to me but i guess not.  Just to ask has anyone ever had any experience with either of these 2 amps and what did u think of them. Thanks everyone for all the help.

Another thing does it make a difference that the sub is in a 2.3 cu. ft/ ported box. Casue the JBL amp does not have a subsonic filter and i heard that you want one if u have ur subs in a ported box.
