when i start a car using a remote starter. it automaticaly unlocks the doors and start the car after the car starts it automaticaly locks the door. so i think the H2/1 GREEN/ black was properly connected.is the Blue wire(drivers power window switch) relate to the trunk?

The blue wire is used for a trunk trigger or a hood trigger this wire you do not use for trunk pop.
The RED / white wire is used for trunk release(trunk pop).

-the blue at the door is for disarmin the factory alarm. i htink the GREEN/ blck wire is obsolete usin upon the unlock. you dont want to unlock ur car when its unattended.
-obviously you didnt understand wht i said, first of all ill repeat ur problem: -->>open trunk viper alarm(notfacory) goes off. the grn/blk is the problem, take that wire off and then try to open ur trunk.
-but then you ask, how come you rs, it doesnt go off? the viper temp disarm itself when the rs is on.
-the GREEN/ blck wire
-youre confusing yourself and making things complicated
-viper has a specific wires you need, go with what it says.
