Vehicle: '02 Z71 Tahoe with sunroof.

Is this possible?  Would that "15 widescreen LCD from Icon-tv be too heavy?

Looks like there is no way to support the unit...since there is a sunroof.  Has anyone tackled such an install before?  Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks !

Go to Salient-designs.com and check out ther unit. It is designed just for your vehicle and the picture is incredible. You can also buy the center console insert and put in the Dvd and Vcp in for a seamless look. I install them in Escalades mostly for high end customers. And the three year warranty is nice too. Not cheap but has the best picture I have seen for such a big screen. Easy install and there is plenty of strength in your roof to support it.

we have done them with a rosen unit at Auto Trim design of St Louis. Not to bad. Just be carefull not to use screws that are to long, will cut into the sun shade.                                                                                                                    mbeyer23

Thanks DanDan.  That's it ! That's the one I've been looking for.  I took a look at the installation instructions-easy.

Thanks again.
