This is really odd...  I installed an UNGO MS2004 in my 2002 Acura RSX this summer...  Works great, but then later in the year, it starts cooling down, and is doing weird things every time it is cold.

Normally, when I de-arm the alarm, it chirps twice, both chirps are the same pitch.

When it's cold, the first chirp is normal, but the second chirp is VERY high pitched.

Has anybody ever seen anything like this before?  Any explanations, or possible causes?  Anything to be concerned about besides the fact that it's annoying?  ;)

sounds like the siren doesn't like the cold, not necessarily the alarm.  you could try swapping in a different style of siren to see if it behaves differently...

I'm running a Psyren (Psycho Siren) on an Autostart 6010TW, and it seems the arm and disarm chirps are different every time I press the button...the timing (duration of pulse) on the siren wire is ever so slightly different each time.  Some times a full chirp, sometimes a full chirp and a "blip", etc...

I'm not sure I'd be too worried about it.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing...that it's probably the siren.  The brain of the alarm is inside the actual car, and it doesn't get exposed to as cold of temperatures as the siren does anyway.  More than anything it's just kind of annoying.
