Sounds like you might need a new alarm :-(     It sounds like you might know a little about relays and wiring.    If you have a digital multimeter with a current setting, connect your positive meter lead in line with one of the lock/unlock triggers and ground your meter with the grounding lead and set it to the proper setting.   Most alarms put out 200 milliamps, a relay only needs like 50 milliamps or so to trigger.
