I bought a 2002 Dodge caravan.  It had keyless entry system from factory.  Dealer installed remote start.  When I remote start, no acessories work.  No heat...no a/c...etc.  Is there an easy way to add these without going back to the dealer?

Dealers don't install remote starts....they farm out the work. Whoever did the install probably didn't power up the 2nd starter wire (which requires ground thru a 180 ohm resistor). That wire triggers other functions of the vehicle. There is no accessory wire in that vehicle, it operates in an unusual way.
Its not something that need to be programmed, its a wiring issue.

The way I do these is to add a relay to fire up the 2nd starter wire. See diagram below. The weird thing about these vans is you can install a system and have it work perfectly without powering up this wire and then one day it will stop working and won't work again until you add this setup..Note there is also a diode in the circuit if not used no accessory.
