I checked all fuses and wires I cannot find anything. I checked the wires at steering cloumn, the starter wire reads 12v when turning key to start postion. The ign. wire has 12v in run and start popstion. Everything looks ok,it just will not turn over it doesn't even try to. The interior lights do not even go dim when I turn key to start. ?????????????????/

problem solved, had to discconect  and reconnect  the control box on side panel to reset the system. Now my problem is when you lock the doors it activates the factory alarm, And when you try to start it the horn honks and the lights flash and it trys to start, but wont of course. There is a wire on remote control box that is for factory disarm, but I cannot get it to work. Diagram reads lt. green with orange stripe and says polarity is postive. So far I only found one wire and it does not read anything. I did hook up the wires to see what would happen nothing. I must be missing something???

Only thing I saw on that is the disarm wire is in the driver kick panel. Doesn't say exactly where. you would have to meter it from the lock switch. See if you can find the wire coming in from the door... you might get lucky.

Is the disarm wire postive (12v) ??  I have that diagram and it did not  work unless I have the wrong wire, but the wire I foud is   lt. GREEN/ orange  but does not have 12v

According to the diagram that mainormoscoso posted, it would be +12V through a 680 ohm resistor. According to techsoft it is just a positive.

Need a little help.

1998 Chry. Concorde

The problem is, the factory alarm.  (1). I cannot find the lt.GREEN/ orange (factory disarm wire) in the drivers kick panel like the wiring diagram says. I looked every where, the only lt.GREEN/ orange wire I found was above the kick panel by the fire wall. The diagram says that it is (+) polarity. Will this wire have 12v and when, when you start it, when it is shut off or when the alarm is set??? The wire I found does not have any volts any time.

Thanks, Mike
