ok well the problem came back the guy took it to the dealer and they said his ignition switch was overheated and it had to be replaced. What could have caused this i had a window module powered by the constant to the ignition switch. Could this have caused it??
I was using a viper 791 xv the one with the newer small relay satelite, now i heard those were bad and they were not able to supply current in some vehicles ,can this cause it? the ignition switch was overheating from lack of current.

I would, if you have the chance, use a relay to isolate the p light waire from the switch, there is a rest resistance on the wire.     a guy at my shop hooked one up wrong and nothing on the swith worked right because the resistor messed up the fact. resistance.   it may work ok for now but you may have another prob in the future

I would run the window module from the batt. the last window module we had in was powered off the ign. harness and in colder temps it didn't even have enough power to roll up all the way.   we switched it to batt and everything was ok.

Window module power wires should never go to the ignition harness. Run it to the battery.

Just wondering how you did your alarm bypass and doorlocks?  The reason i ask is i had one do the same thing only this truck wouldnt start.  What i used is one of those autostart modules that tied into the data line.  as soon as i disconnected it the truck started and all was fine.  So i pulled out the module and did relays and resistors.  Just curious.
