I want to get my interior painted but i want it to look like the finish of a car paint job and i have heard many different ways of doing it but idon't know what would be the best. I want to fiber glass it but i don't  know exactly what to do.

You can sand the texture smooth, use some filler primer and then paint it.

Paint it using light coats and then top it off with layers of clear.

you might want to remember to add some flex additive to the base and clear for the pieces that might shift a little either when you are putting them in or while the car is moving..........or else it can crack. also some brands like Dupont chroma clear and base has a little more flex to it. ppg also makes a plastic primer system.

good calls on sanding out the texture and adding flexibilizer.  I think a lot of people are mislead when they see shiny interiors.  Just because it's shiny doesn't mean it's fiberglass.  The best way to give your interior that shiny fiberglass look is to spray the parts with a high build primer, and sand them till they're smooth.  Repeat the process untill you're satisfied, and then paint and clearcoat the parts.
