what are the things to look for in a video camera? I want a reverse camera that runs all the time I want to get rid of the review totally and just use a screen. How will that lookat night? any advice on where to get one? and tips on hooking one up would be great thanks guys

what state do you live in? i know that california is now strictly enforcing having monitors in the view of the driver. i dont know about the other states. be careful Reverse Video Camera - Last Post -- posted image.

Overcranked-just to let you know,I too live in NY(Queens) and I just had to pay an $80 summons and spend all day in criminal court over this. I had a saav rear view mirror with monitor with the camera on at all times. The judge told me it was not original equipment on my car.

SoundGate has a new one called straight shot which comes in either 3.5 or 5.6" monitor and is available in either black and white or color. It isn't on the website yet but you can call to get the details. www.soundgate.com
