Hey i was just wondering how i would install RCA jacks in my headunit. Do i just tap all the (+) speaker wires into one jack and all the (-) speaker wires to the other jack??? Or just the rear speaker cables? Or something else. Thanks

oh my god...

you need to buy line-level converters. little boxes that convert the ~2volt signal on your speaker wires to the 0.1volt signal suitable for RCAs. otherwise your amps wont like you much.

anyway they are common and they are cheap.

2001 Ford Fairmont
Alpine DVD, screen,
5.1surround processor,
5ch Class-T amp, TV tuner
and centre channel.
Focal 3way Utopia splits.
VDO navigation. Stinger cap.
Soundstream Exact subs.

a line level converter will save you the headaches of what you're tryin to do...(I've had to fix a few installs that were brought to me like this and it wasn't fun) all you have to do is wire up you're line-level to your front or rear speakers using the wires on the converter....then just plug in your RCA's and your all set, and most converters will allow you to change the output from like 2 to like 35 watts....
