I am installing PD-175 on Toyota Celica 2000 manual transmissions. I need a wire that ground out when remote start in order to run to Relay to bypass clutch (Negative Clutch). On PD-175 Remote car starter only one wire negative output (Yellow, Starter Killer negative 500mA output) But I don't know why did not ground out when press remote to start.

When I run clutch wire to ground then remote Start Ok,

The starter kill will not work when the car is running. The starter kill only works after you arm the car. Also, the starter kill wire is not strong enough to activate a (-) trigger clutch wire, only to engage a relay to close a circuit to ground.

If you want a temporary clutch activation wire during remote start wire in a relay like this:

86 + 87 : GROUND
85 : Starter wire
30: To Clutch wire motor side
87a: Clutch wire pedal side

This is for a (-) trigger clutch ONLY

If I don't want to cut the Clutch wire, May I use a relay to convert a positive output wire to Negative output? like this:

* 85 + 30 : Ground

* 86: Starter wire from remote

* 87 : negative output should be run to 85 second relay for negative Clutch

Second relay for negative Clutch

. 30 : ground

. 86: 12 volt

. 87: to the clutch wire (the wire ground when the clutch is depressed)

You can do that too, but just not use the second relay at all. This way the clutch is bypassed whenever you turn over your starter and that's it. Just use one relay.

On Toyota Celica: Negative Clutch (the wire ground when the clutch is depressed), We suppose use relay,

* 85 : negative output wire when remote start

. 30 : ground

. 86: 12 volt

. 87: to the clutch wire (the wire ground when the clutch is depressed)

but I use relay, remote can't start the car. It work when I connect direct the ground out wire when remote start to Clutch wire.

Did you use 12 volt constant or switched ignition ? Also, did you use a SPDT 30/40 amp relay with the 5 pins ?

Yes, I used 12 volt constant and SPDT 30/40 amp relay with the 5 pins. But 4 or 5 pin is the same because I didn't use 87 a.

Also in this car (toyota celica 2000) I don't need to ISOLATE IGNITION wire but starter skill need to install because when move the key from lock to ACC or ACC to lock have sound cranking. It may be STarter and ignition isolate. But starter skill solved this problem

Does the car start with the remote starter if you manually press the clutch in ( without using the clutch bypass relay ).

Yes, the Car Start by remote when I manually press the clutch in (without using the clutch bypass relay).

I surprise why it can't bypass by relay, only bypass when I connect ground out wire when remote start to clutch wire.
