How do I get the factory radio out of ther and install my own deck?

go to How To and scroll down towards the bottom of the page.  About 4/5 down on the right hand side, you'll see how to remove the radio.

Thank You very much.  I have installed radios before but I have never seen one like that.  IT looks as though you cant take it out but I figured there had to be a way to take it out and install my aftermarket.  Well once agin thank you for the help and it is much appreciated
