will my 2 x 25 orion hcca be enough power to push jl 10 dual 4 ohm voice coils? the amp will be bridged and the subs wired in parallel, giving the amp a 1 ohm load, if im not mistaken. whatca think?

what type of JL sub is it and are you sure that amp can handle a 1 ohm load?  Usually when you a bridge a 2 channel amp it goes up to 4 ohms.  With a dual 4 ohm voice coil sub you would want to parrallel the sub down to 2 ohms.  So you actually need a mono amp.  Hope that helps...

the subs are jl audio 10w3 v4, i will be using a pair of them. and the amp is 1 ohm stable.

Which Orion HCCA model is it? The earlier models before Orion was bought out by Directed were rated at 2 x 25 @ 4 ohms, but at one ohm they were incredibe, and very stable.

this amp should run fine at a 1 ohm load, if i remember right they are rated at roughly 400x1rms at 1 ohm....run both coils in series on the sub   2 ohm load per sub then run the 2 subs in series for a 1 ohm load....look on orion som of the old school amps were stable to 1/2 an ohm then you could bridge your sub confige at the amp also
