where do you guys buy your own tools including connectors at the best prices?

Can I find a place cheaper than $7.75 for some crimpers/cutters very similar to the kleins.

Or 65 cents for a 30/40 amp relay. $2.75 for radio harnesses (most of them)

$5.99-$7.99 radio mounting kits (for most cars)

$39.99-$49.99 for 1000 pcs of T-TAPS (3 colors)

off brand complete under car neon (4 piece)for $59.99

Complete car alarms from $25.00      car alarm/remote start combo for $89.00

You really would have to specify a brand and exact product to find the best prices. Your prices listed look to be fine, but if the stuff is junk then it doesn't matter. I buy most of my tools either from the Home Depot, Sears, or the Cornwell/Snap-On guy.
You can get relays for much cheaper at a junkyard and although used you can find the good ones. Personally I would take a used bosche relay over a no-name new relay. Although I prefer relays with sockets and I assume for 65 cents a piece your just getting raw relays with no sockets..Not a huge deal but once you use relays with sockets for a while I doubt you'd ever go back to using ones without sockets. Very nice..Parts express has some decent prices on relays / sockets.
Sounds like a pretty good price on the crimpers/cutters if they are exactly like the kleins. Harbor Freight has crimpers "similar" to the kleins for $6 but my pair is gathering dust somewhere.
Not sure on the t-taps I just throw away all the ones I get..Maybe I will start saving them up and sell them on ebay once I get a good amount.
Neon looks like a pretty good price although nothing amazing. You can find plenty of off brand neon kits for prices in that range on ebay.
As for the alarm and remote start prices again if it is a decent product then those prices aren't bad at all..If it's junk then you can find comparable prices anywhere and they likely aren't worth the box they come in.
Also are your prices consumer level or dealing with distributors? Buying in bulk or just what you need? Buying locally or waiting and paying for shipping? As mentioned always a bunch of factors when looking for the best prices..Good luck,
Mike

Ok.. you dont deserve a reply because you mentioned T-Taps and 1000 in the same sentence.. but here goes:

If you buy a QUALITY tool, it will last you much longer than you think, making it useless to know where to buy them cheaply. Cutting ALOT of wires? Get a pair of side cuts, or.. a good pair of linesmen pliers.. crimping? snapon/matco/mac/sears offer the EXACT same products. This style crimp tool will crimp/cut the right way. Connectors? Hell i dont know because i dont use them. As teken stated in another post.. Home Depot is/was selling 3m super 33+ tape for like 90cents a roll. Car starters? I get ultrastart 1250's all day long for about 40$. Combos? I get the 2250 for about 50$. Relays, i get raped on relays because i dont buy online or in bulk.. so your getting a steal at 65cents.
