I just found the problem, it was a poor gound to the bypass.  The bypass was an AUTOPASS.

So if you have a passlock II that run with the Remote Start or the key without the security light or theft light coming on.  But the light comes on when you switch between the remote start and key, chech the ground to the bypass.

Jeff, I've noticed that you can be a big help to alot of the people posting, and even myself just reading others posts, and your replies.

I was wondering if you had a direct e-mail or phone number to contact you at if I ever get in a jam like this again.  If so, my e-mail is mgreenwood@nielsoncom.com.

Thank you very much for your time, it is appreciated!!!
