Hey guys,
Well, It finally happened. My father in law borrowed my 87 ford cargo van left it unlocked in front of his house where , of course, someone noticed my nice panasonic stereo which is now gone. So I'm looking into installing a security system in it. I plan on doing it myself (my first time). I was wondering what everyone's opinion on the Crime Stopper CS-2003DC was. I'm lookking for something not too exspensive but functional and user friendly. If there is something better that someone could recommend, that would be helpful.
Thanks in advance.
Duane...

Look into the Commando line of alarms. www.commandoalarms.com. They make a good reliable product at a price you can afford.

BE AWARE - PARK SMART - DON'T ADVERTISE - RUN STEALTH
Security is a lifestyle, which will prevent 90% of your problems . . . The last 10% is chance & opportunity for others.
Regardless of what brand you wish to use to protect your investment. Plan out your installation, and use a layering approach in the areas of power, sound, and visual attraction.
At the end of the day, it comes down to how serious you are about security, and how you will address those concerns.
Change your lifestyle and out look as it pertains to others around you.
Everyone and every place is a potential threat, realize that, and plan for the worst with the four phrases stated.
