I have attached a drawing of a relay set-up to make my parking lights also flash with turn signals.  Only problem is it did not do exactly how i wanted.  After some thought, I unplugged the relay on the left (turn relay) and put a 1/2 watt diode between the 30/87A slots.  Works exactly how I wanted.  With the lights OFF---the parking light and the turn signal flash together and when the lights are ON--- the parking lights and turn signal flash alternately.  After studying the original plans, I realized that when the lights are ON it would open the circuit on the turn relay so that when the turn signal was turned ON, it would open the parking light circuit on the park relay--thus not work.  When the parking lights were OFF, they would flash together.  So my  questions are:  Is the 1/2 watt diode large enough if I leave this set-up?   Would it be better to have the two relay system?  And where did I go wrong in my schematic? What's wrong with this relay set-up - Last Post -- posted image.    Let me know if the picture does not show up.  This my first time to try adding a picture to a forum and not real sure I'm doing it right !!!!!!!!

I  have read that to is cut the ground wires from the parks and hook them to turn siganl positive. No relays needed.
