Does anyone out there have any wiring information on a 04 Porsche Cayenne.  I have a customer that would like a remote start alarm but no one knows anything about these trucks. I've tried DEI and I've searched on the net but still have nothing.

Thanks any help would be appreciated,

Shane

Hey Shane,
This is one difficult vehicle to get info on (the other is the VW Touarag).
Here's what I've got so far:
Porsche » Cayenne » S » 2004
12 VOLTS is red / white (+) at ignition switch harness
STARTER 1 is yellow (+) at ignition switch harness
IGNITION 1 is black (+) at ignition switch harness
POWER LOCK is BROWN / white (-) in driver kick
POWER UNLOCK is BROWN / red (-) in driver kick
FACTORY ALARM ARM is white (-) at driver door switch
PARKLIGHTS POSITIVE is grey/black (+) at light switch
Special Note:
This vehicle is equipped with a factory installed transponder type immobilizer. Use Directed module 555U and a spare key.
THIS IS PRELIMINARY INFO. WE STRONGLY ADVISE ALL INSTALLERS TO USE A DMM TO VERIFY THE VALIDITY OF THIS INFO.
I TAKE NO RESPONSIBILTY WHATSOEVER FOR THE VAILIDTY OF THE INFO NOR CONSEQUENCES THEREOF (my lawer told me to add this! )2004 Porsche Cayenne S Turbo Alarm Info - Last Post -- posted image.

I work for vw, I might be able to get a diagram on monday. It will take a lot of pages of current track diagrams to figure i all out though.
Want to know about Audi, I thought you did.

BaddestBanshee, Any help you can get me would be much appreciated. I can read schematics without a problem so those would help greatly. You can email me anything you come up with to nstallinnoise@aol.com

Thanks,

Shane
