How complicated would it be to make either the "II" or "III" button on my keyless entry remote function as a remote start for my car?

Do I have to buy an additional package to do this, or can I just use some relays???

Thanks much

As far as making the 2 or 3 button operate the remote start function, not a problem provided that there are actually 2nd and or 3rd channel outputs of some kind built into your system.  That could be verified by the owners or installation manual.  You would need a remote start module to do this, otherwise you would be sacrificing safety features like engine run time, brake shut down, etc.  Add on auto start modules are fairly inexpensive and available from most leading alarm manufacturers.  Install instructions would also be included and show how to interface into existing system.  Hope that helps a bit.

You can check out Bulldog Security, they're have some fairly inexpensive
remote start add-ons (like the RS-82 or 85).

Do they sell their products directly on their web site, or do you have to look for another company to buy them from?
