I need the wiring diagram for the vehicle and it is different from the US version. I dont even know where to begin to look for the diagram   Thanks any help appreciated

our data base only goes back to 88, but i'll fax you what i have for 88...best i can do

The wiring will be different.  As a former Toyota service tech I can tell you that Toyota changed the wiring in pickups and 4runners between 86 and 87.  Canadian models run basically the same harness with some different options and sensors.

I havent done it yet but ill check tomorrow to see how different they are. 

One of the installers said the same thing Canadian wiring is different.

CT18fireman do you know where I could look for this diagram at.

I probably have the diagram in an old service manual.  I will have to take a look tomorrow.  The only difference for Canadian models are in emissions wiring.  I will see if I can find an 86 manual and scan it in for you.  Anything specific that you need?
