I call them "Y-Jacks", but they are also called Y-Adapters, Splitters, etc.

personally I wouldnt recomend it because you may not have suffiecen volltage. I would use two adapters, one on the front speaker leads and one on the rear speaker leads

The PAC converter is connected to the Radio wire harness right now, if added a second one I would not connect there?  I thought it would need to be connect the same as the other.  Wiring those things are hard for me to understand.  Could you maybe explain it where an idiot would understand.  I am not sure I understand rear speaker leads, are you refering to the rear speakers???
