Thanks for everyone's help in my first enclosure project. Here are some pics of the process and finished box.

10" fosgate HE2 powered by 480 bridged. Nothing spectacular on the componets but it sounds very mello and clean, which is what I was going for.

I did the carpet myself.  I used spray adhesive and just worked at it until it worked out.  The curves made it a little tedious.  The color doesn't match perfect though.  I never tested it in the sun so it looked good under the florescence light.  Mistake I have to learn from then.  I will look into maybe fixing that later.

I don't remember the exact number but I basically broke it down into sections before I started.  With it out the space can be broken down into 2 rectangles and a triangle.  The sub had a range to be in for space.  With a little guessing it came out to be in the high end of what Fosgate recomended.  Minus the sub volume it came out pretty close to optimal volume.

all u have to use is shipping peanuts... fill the enclousure with them. then pour the peanuts out of the box into a 1 cu ft box and go from there.... :)
