I was looking too and I have the Green wire (-) Door trigger input zone 3, hooked up to the GMDL-BP.  I wonder if it shouldn't be the Violet (+) Door trigger input zone 3.   I will measure on the output of the GMDL-BP tonight and see what this does when the door is opened.  Maybe it is a positive pulse and right now thinks the door is always open??  I don't believe that is the case otherwise I would think it would show a door trigger on the 2-way display which it isn't doing.

Well,  I found out that the problem has to be the 2-way remote.  I tried about everything possible as far as unhooking wires etc, then I decided to reprogram everything and while I had power unhooked to the remote start and the bypass module I noticed the damn icon was still on like it was triggered.  So.....  I took the battery out of the remote put it back on (with all power still removed from the vehicle and the icon was still stuck on.  It appears that this thing is just bad from the factory and isn't reporting any triggers at all.  I hooked up the siren to verify this as well.  No siren, no triggers but the icon is stuck on.

Thanks to everyone that helped.  Now hopefully I can get a replacement remote.
