Are you wanting the electrical installation or the headrest installation ? For the electrical, just follow the instructions and the wiring diagram that they give you with the screens and the player. For the headrest installation go here

Very simple. Usually for the monitors it's 3 wires ( 4 max ) and the DVD player will be about 3 wires unless you hook it up straight to your speakers as well then it will be more. Chances are your going to use a FM modulator for the signal transfer to the OEM system ?

No I have not. I would stick to the companies that are well known to produce good quality products like pioneer, Kenwood, Alpine . These companies make stand alone DVD player ( most indash ) that will play all region DVD's as well as burned DVD's and VCD's.

No it's actually the same. Just follow the wiring diagram that they have with the product and wire it into the FM modulator. You will not need to use any speaker wires because the FM modulator will take care of that.
