sorry, this is these are the last questions I have before I build it this weekend.
Does the 3/4" of wood the ports go through count as the total port length specified in winISD or should I add 3/4" to the port lenghth?
Should I add the 3/4" of area the port runs through the wood to calcualte it's total displacement?
Polyfiber? Do I really need it? what gestimate should I make for adding to the internal volume of the box?
Thanks.

Yes the length in the wood counts as port length. No do not calculate it in as displacement. Ignore polyfill for now, there is something better...... build the box first, see how it sounds.

So I just calculated(in WinISD) the 2 10's in a single volume and the 2 tens in their own volumes(sepereated with a barrier). The only difference was that the mach for the single volume was .04 and the mach for the 2 volumes was .08. I still don't see a big advantage of seperating the 2 woofers and I'd assume a lower mach is better to go with.
I plan on bracing the box even with a single volume so dividing the volumes isn't a big deal to me.
