What software do you folks use to draw the electrical circuits on this site? Relays, diodes etc.

Drawing Software -- posted image.

Is it freely available?

Thanks,

maxV6, I asked a very similar question and haven't gotten an answer so far. Im looking for it too. I know that Microsoft has a product called Visio, but that's too expensive to buy. I too would like to know what software was used to do the drawing you put up.   Let me know if you find one, and I'll do the same if I come up with something.

markcars, I wonder if I should address this directly to the moderators or maybe in a different forum (car security?).

If I do find one I will let you know.

The image above and the others like it on this site were created in MS Paint®  and Ulead PhotoImpact®.

Thanks for the info.
I never liked MS Paint but will take a closer look now. Ulead Photoimpact has been gathering dust somewhere in my shelves. I'll have to dig it out now to try it for diagrams. cool. thanks the12volt.

Try GIMP it's free and it's almost as good as Photoshop 7.0

Is GIMP only for the UNIX platform? I think most of us are looking for Windows platform based drawing sofware.
