I have an ill amp!

I have a kenwood amp 4 channel that stop working on me at mardi grass. Well i can hear craklin at volume 22. I know the speakers can handle it beacuase i bought then to play al loud as the amp can put out. This morning i gave the amp a direct signal from a handheld cd player and nothing sounded. Does anyone have any idea what happend. Maybe I had the sensetivity to high?

Check your fuses.  If they are not blown, the amp may be gone.

The amp does come on and a signal does get to the amp. The thing is that when I turn it up High volume I can hear music but Very Very distored, just enough to know what song is playing.

If it was working fine and then suddenly started doing htis, it sounds like the amp blew.  If it's under warranty, take it in for repairs.  If not...

Nope not under warranty. Does any one know where I can get it checked or tell me go to check the interior components of my amp?

What other amps would you be interested in?  I have some kicker and rockford amps that I am trying to get rid of that are brand new and can ship them to ya if you are interested.  just let me know what you need maybe I can help you out.
