I've searched all the accord threads but none has the diagram for the stereo harness of a 2002 accord.  Please help me.  Thanks!

Yes I have. The diagram they have does not match the harness of my 2002 accord.

I want to wire my FM modulated CD changer to my accord 2002.  I am planning to t-tap the stock stereo harness of my stock cd deck.  I need the diagram to know which one is for 12v acc, 12v memory and ground.

Don't use t-taps. They suck. Either solder or use crimp on butt connectors for all of your connections behind the dash. Try looking for these wires: + 12 volt ignition yellow with a red stripe, + 12 volt battery white with a yellow stripe, and for ground I would just ground to the chassis if you can. The radio ground is a solid black wire probobly though.

This is what I found on my wiring harness.  None matches to what you just told me.

Looking to tap for: (12v accessory, 12v memory, ground)

Found these wires and colors from my 2002 stereo harness (TOP ROW/BOTTOM ROW)

WHITE/ Green - RED / Black - Blue - RED / Green - Blue / YELLOW - RED / Yellow - Blue - GREEN/ Red - WHITE/ Red

Black - Red - Gray/Black - BROWN / Black - Silver/White - BROWN / White - Black
