i installed a new hu in my jeep only to have everything go hay wire

i used a wiring kit so i didnt cut any wires

once installed i have a clicking sound under the dash and the hu does not work at all

interior curtousy light ar dimand the onboard computer display keeps resetting itself

what happened

What did you wire your ground to?
