I am studying fabrication from books and magazines and i'm wondering where could you get ABS Plastic from. I have read in the latest C.Aud.mag. that they used ABS plastic (bending and super-gluing it) to form din size enclosures. And could some one tell me what other things is it good for other then using it to form your dash board.

it can also be used in molding things into panels, thicker abs can be used as ports for enclosures, it can be bent with a little heat to give odd contours, and also with heat you can form it to almost any shape you can think of using a 2 piece jig.

Selectproducts.com has ABS sheets in varying thicknesses.  I've ordered from them before and they were great to do business with.
