Alright, this is a pair of 10" subs I have from Pioneer Premier. What do you think is the best size amp (RMS/MAX) for these. Hopefully, you're familiar with Pioneer subs. I'm possibly looking into getting a 2-channel amp since these subs are not DVC. Maybe that doesn't make a difference. I'm a newbie I'll be the first to admit it. To get the most sound out of these subs what measurement of an amp would be recommended. Maybe not even a 2-channel amp is the way to go. What do you think, or would do. Obviously these aren't the highest end subs. I'm looking more into the most affordable way to go too.

Here are  the specs:

2-600 W Max subs - 150 W Nominal Power Handling

4 ohm rated. They are not DVC.

Their official site is: http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/pna/product/detail/0,,2076_4061_32942_tab=B,00.html?compName=PNA_ProductDetailComponent

Thanks

this will work

http://thezeb.com/detail.aspx?ID=3561

You will have to wire the voice coils in parallel to drop the ohm to 2.

or a kenwood 600 watt, its 150x2 at 4ohm- if it had 14.4volts, but it'll still power them ok.  kenwood 600watt is what im running my two MB's with..no problems and sounds good enough for me.

I need quality equipment, feel free to donate.

You don't need a 2 channel amp. you could use 1, 2, or 4 channel amps.  I would recommend a 1 channel amp, as it is designed as a sub amp. I would look at the JBL 300.1 here: http://www.ikesound.com/product-product_id/148. This amp is a one channel amp that looks like it had 2 outputs, that are combined in the amp. If you wired each sub to its own "channel" it will present the amp with a 2 ohm load and let the amp run at 300x1 giving each sub 150 watts.

The rockford fosgate amp maxst mentioned is a good choice. It IS a mono amp and is better then the JBL anyway. Should be a good choice.
