I was wondering if anyone had any diffrent info on this then I do. My program says a WHITE/ violet wire in a 20 pin harness in the driver kick. I found that wire but it seems awful small gauge. If anyone has any info I sure would appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

I'm showing the same info as you..I didn't even think the older ones had a hatch release, but I guess I was wrong. Either way a thin white / violet (-) is the normal glass pop wire on the expeditions so test that one and if it tests correctly give it a shot should be good to go. On the newer ones up to 03 I pick it up as white / violet (-) in the passenger kick. '04 I use the thick white / pink (+) in the driver side rear door sill. The harness going under the seat. Good luck,
Mike

Make sure you use a relay to activate the release.

Hey, I'm installing a 4 window module into my 98 expedition, see some knowledge here.

I have the wire color scheme for the 4 windows "up" function. However, I dont have a understanding of where I might find a harness that has all the wires in one spot. (I dont want to run wires to each door boot) shouldn't it all be in a one spot somewhere? Also, can I send the "dome light (-) output) from the alarm to the wire utilizing  pin 15 in the GEM Module C267 (15 is stated as Interior Lamp Relay Coil COntrol) I assume - to this wire will utilizing the built in relays..

Thanks
