I would like to take the plastic cover on the rear hatch and custom do either 1 12" or 10" if hte 12 will not fit. I would also like to mount the amp in there as well. I was wondering how to start this out. I would like to keep the basic design of the factory plastic over. If anyone has or knows what the inside looks like you might be able to help me. I want the sub mounted on the pass. side and the amp on the driver side. I do now want it to go to far into the truck area. I have never worked with fiberglass before but been reading alot of the posts. I would need to know how to start it off and what I would need. I am going with an Alpine sub type R woofer and the F450 amp. Thanks for your help.

Also if there is any video's out there that I can see on the net about how this is done as well. (Fiberglassing that is) I would like to see how it is done as well as read these posts with pics.

I have an article that outlines a full install similar to what you want to do.  I can't remember where I found it, but if you want, I can email you the images, or you can email the guy who did the install.  The article appeared in the July/Aug 2003 issue of "Auto Electronics."  The installers name according to the article is Jeff Sit and his email is velocity@valleycable.com.  Hope this helps.
