Does anyone know if there is any device or interface that is used to connect an OBD II connecter from a vehicle to a regular Windows based computer? I would like to connect a laptop to this and check my vehicle's health and learn at the same time.
Thanks
Mark

Thanks for the quick response.
I think it would be quite a nice feature for future cars manufacturered to have an LCD screen in the car which shows all the info that is now visible only by connecting an off-board computer. Of course not everyone will want it or understand the features, but I am sure a lot of [people would love to have it (including me)

Do a google search for "pda dyno". I think it is made by nology, and allows you to clear codes, data logging, multi sensor display, horsepower estimator, 1/4 mile times, etc....
